First, the location is just perfect, right in the center, everything is nearby, Hayk Square, shops, should one need anything. The location is quite safe. The basics are given, a clean and comfy bed, dining area, a fridge, kettle, and microwave. For the price, it's perfect. The host is a good person as well.

Beautiful setting at the top of a quiet street in a residential area. Hospitality is exceptional and on my arrival on request was cooked a delicious meal which was generous and excellent value for money.

It was a beautiful stay. The breakfast was excellent! Gayane was very kind, and so was her husband. She prepared everything homemade and delicious! The place has a beautiful garden with fruit trees and the dining room is adorably decorated. We were very happy to have stayed at this beautiful place. 100% recommendable!

Armen and his wife were extremely kind and accommodating. They welcomed me with tea and sweets, and at the end Armen made sure to drive me to the bus station. The house feels like a grandma's house, super cozy, spacious and quiet. Excellent place to stay in Vanadzor.
