The crew, always polite, smiling and helpful. Especially Rosie and the cruise manager Ashley. It was a pleasure to meet them and be taken care of by them. The boat is beautiful, clean and well managed. We received a small surprise to celebrate our anniversary, and so did others who happened to celebrate their birthdays. Nice touch. The suite room is great. Overall we are very happy with the experience.

We loved every min of it.Dan is amazing,the stuff is so warm and welcoming.We had so much fun and Dan is an expert on uniting people so quickly. This was a unique experience the view and the islets were amazing .We could not have enough.A must do in a lifetime!!!!

Every good, both Asian and European. The variety was great and of good quality. Vegetarian/vegan is possibly catered for but that did not apply to us.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the boat was gorgeous, and the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking❤️

Featuring a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and water sports facilities, Amanda Premier Cruise can be found in Ha Long, close to Tuan Chau Beach and 1.7 km from Tuan Chau Harbour. The views were stunning. Unfortunately it was quite cold so couldn’t sit on deck, swim or kayak but at least it didn’t rain so we were able to do everything else. The caves were huge and quite breathtaking. Ming looked after us as did all the crew. The food was amazing and they made me meat dishes instead of of sea food. Everything ran smoothly from the first pick up to being dropped of at the hotel. Dam made sure we knew exactly what we were doing at what time. Nice boat, the room was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

The cruise itself was very enjoyable. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom, and the activities offered were pleasant and well-organized. This cruise is more on the relaxing side rather than adventure-filled, so while other cruises may offer a wider range of activities, this one is perfect if you’re looking for a calm and comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend it.

I enjoyed the activities in Ha Long, the staff, and especially Tony the tour guide, who was very kind and helpful. I had a special request regarding the food, and they accommodated it right away.
