We used a taxi that took about 10 minutes to the Eiffel tower. The Host is very friendly and helpful and gave a clear instructions as to how to get to the boat. Parking is actually off street which was a bonus to us. Would highly recommend.

He had an espresso machine, milk, coffee, bread, butter, and jam, all on hand for our use. We even cooked our dinner in the kitchen on the burner and in a small toaster oven. There is a wooded sitting area that is enjoyable and a security gate with a lock. We felt safe. Bring your eye masks as there are no drapes and perhaps ear plugs since the road is nearby.
