The hotel is amazing. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis. Many, various food options in each meal. the Zaytouna beach boat trip is an amazing experience. The best part is that the hotel is adults only so there is no noise or crowd in the pool or restaurant.

First the staff was amazing, especially Doha at the reception and I don’t remember all the staffs name that was good. The place near the sea was good and there was nice places to sit ((if there was empty chairs)). Without the staff this hotel wouldn’t get stars. The adventure programs was good and the kids had fun. Professional staff at the boats. The life guards was very attentive to all guests. The staff outside the hotel was friendly and service minded.

Restaurants were great with delicious food, the service was excellent. The staff were all around, attentive, and careful specially mister emad he was very helpful and keen all through our vacation. We’ve been to a wonderful glass boat trip with mister naser he was very informative and kind(great snorkeling, and fishing) The aqua park was very fun, lifeguards were watchful and always present. Thank you pickalbatros palace team!

Perfect! We stayed here on the last day of our scuba liveaboard. Super convenient, right next to the port where the boat docks. No need for a taxi. Restaurants right next door. Breakfast available nearby. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

We were there only for one short night before going on a boat, but everything worked great. The old gentleman chef who was serving the breakfast was very nice and left a great impression. Also, the falafels at the breakfast were probably the best I've ever had.
