The best hotel I stayed in while in Sri Lanka. Higher standard than other locations across the country within the same price range. Very clean, well maintained, big variety of food offered. Airco, hangers, place to put your bag, side bed light. I also got to see some animals just in front of my room. Hosts are very helpful but not intrusive and speak very good English (and some German) and have a great sense of humor. Some power outrages (normal in Sri Lanka) but they have a generator so no problem. The outdoor pool with the jacuzzi is almost ready :)

We absolutely LOVED our stay udawalawe safari house! After changing our plans and coming to Udawalawe a night earlier than planned (and in need of some luxury), this place was exactly what we needed. The hosts were so friendly, the buffet dinner was delicious and great value and the swimming pool was amazing. They organise safari for us with easy and served breakfast on return. The rooms were well sized and comfy. Would 100% Recommend!

EdenHaven Cottage, que cuenta con jardín, terraza y vistas al jardín, se encuentra en Udawalawe, a 14 km de Parque nacional Udawalawe. Todo, desde el trato con el personal, la ubicación y sobretodo que estaba todo muy nuevo y limpio. El personal era muy familiar y atentos y estaban pendiente de todo lo que necesitáramos.

We booked the hut for two days with kids . It was private and beautiful and much better than the photos. The food was excellent and generous . They also provide safari wich was amazing with a lot of animals and additional time . We was even lucky and spotted a leopard. The hoke experience was very nice. We recommend the place and the safari guide.

Forest Edge Safari Villa se encuentra a 16 km de Parque nacional Udawalawe, en Udawalawe, y dispone de jardín y terraza. Room was very nice. The host very friendly and provided us a tour to the safari, which meet our expectations. Definetly recommend.

Mango Tree House se encuentra en Udawalawe, a 17 km de Parque nacional Udawalawe, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. La gente fue súper amable, el desayuno súper completo y riquísimo y el baño es increíble. Todo fue perfecto. También nos organizó un Safari y la gente también fue súper simpática.

The room was clean and comfortable. arranged a safari tour of the Udawalawe National Park whilst staying locally. sahan was our guide and driver. did very well.

THE most helpful host organising our transport from Ella, a safari and ongoing transport to Weligama, all at good prices. Along with his mums cooking, which was simply delicious. Nothing was too much trouble and the safari was incredible! Having a shower outside is a brilliant experience and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thank you so much, we cant wait to visit again x
