It gave us all the space and comfort to have a moment of rest and rejuvenation. Balaji's warmth and generosity made the place very special. He and his wife were very helpful and shared great recommendations for temple visits and places to eat. Next time we are in Kumbakonam, we hope to stay there again.

You definitely need to arrange some mode of transport to get around, though it’s a 15 min walk to the Auroville road, where you can find all the shops/ cafes.

It was really an amazing experience. Location, facility, food, staffs and the view from the facility….everything was outstanding. Food was very very tasty, we have called their Chef and given a salute to him, as it was so so yummy. And of course the Management, they were very supportive and very humble. The view from room itself was superb, especially from the Attic, both nights we all slept in the Attic only, and we enjoyed the beauty of nature very well from there. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Kids also enjoyed very well, actually they wanted to stay few more days there, they played Table tennis (ping pong), cricket and utilized their other kids play areas as well. Totally it was a very successful trip for us.
