Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. Super clean, spacy room, friendly staffs, free coffee and pastries for breakfast. On our last day, we upgraded our room to the rooftop suite and it was certainly one of the highlights of our Split holiday, very very recommended!

This is the best place to stay in Split! The room is modern, well appointed, with a great view, comfortable bed snd the bathroom is very spacious for Europe. Also, there is a specific app/guide that tells you everything you need to know about the property and area. Need to know about parking, it’s in there. Laundry? It’s in there. How to open the windows (different than any windows in the US)? There’s a video to show you how. The proprietor of this property is great with communication and accommodating requests when possible. This isn’t really a hotel per se. It appears to be a residential building with 4 private hotel rooms inside and they are super secure and super quiet. Keyboard entry and welcome drinks. Such amazing hospitality!

The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us, food was lovely and the room was clean and welcoming.

The interior design of this apartment was a delight. We appreciated the modern style. And the shower was heavenly. The location was superb - just minutes from the centre of the action which meant we had easy access to Split highlights as well as the peace and quiet of a nearby neighbourhood.

A perfect location - only a few minutes walk into the old town, the train station, port, and bus station. Lovely room - clean and comfortable. Excellent communication from the host. Couldn't ask for more!

City and Style Luxury Rooms Split อยู่ในใจกลางสปลิทโดยห่างจากหาด Bacvice Beach ไม่เกิน 1.6 กม. และห่างจากสนามกีฬา Mladezi Park Stadium ไม่เกิน 700 ม. Everything was well thought of from the smallest details - little chocolate bars, water in the minifridge, plenty of towels, dimming curtains, nespresso machine etc. The room and the bathroom looked luxurious and the bathroom had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable. The appartment is located near the old town, so it was easy and fast to move around. The neighbourhood was rather quiet for those who appreciate a good sleep. The host was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend!

Nice and luxury apartment in the heart of Split. The accommodation is newly renovated and located in a calm and quiet courtyard right next to several cozy restaurants. Ana was a superhost and gave us so many good recommendations on things to see and eat :-)
