This is a big property with 10 rooms on the second floor. No lift. The ground floor has many spaces for large and small gatherings. I particularly enjoyed the glassed-in patio area for a morning coffee and a read. It is very quiet and feels like being in the country. Well-equipped kitchen. Also has several small areas to prepare food or coffee/tea. This would be a great place to have a family reunion and book the whole place.

The property itself was very well kept, I would say the pictures do it no Justice. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nicely decored the rooms were. Me and my partner would recommend this place to anyone. I found the rooms slightly smaller than most places but the cleanliness/decor and kitchenette certainly made up for it.

Beautiful property in a gorgeous location with very friendly and accommodating hosts. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed getting to know Lucy, George and the other guests before going off to explore Cornwall for the day and coming back to a very comfortable bed with the all important tea making facilities. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back if I'm back in the vicinity again.
