This charming 18th-century guest house is an ideal base for visiting the medieval city of Carcassonne. It offers individually-decorated rooms and a floral garden with a pond and a shaded terrace. This is a home from home. The rooms are beautifully designed, well maintained and homely - and stocked with thoughtful additions such as local wines. On arrival we were given a map showing our location and ten restaurant recommendations which made our overnight stay really easy. You can leave your car securely parked in the grounds and walk up into the walled town in just a few minutes. We didn’t get chance to use the pool but it looked great.

After a long day's walk from Bouchet it is lovely to arrive here and let the place pamper you. Lovely big room with your own bathroom and separate toilet, warm friendly host who cooks a superb dinner, and a gorgeous garden with two donkeys to explore. Add to that the fantastic location, it's a perfect 10!

Obiekt Villa Maolo położony jest w miejscowości Roquebrune-sur Argens i oferuje sezonowy odkryty basen, ogród oraz taras. Wystrój, czystość, piękny ogród z basenem, śniadania na zewnatrz i najbardziej przyjazny i pomocny gospodarz. Loic to świetny gość, dzięki niemu czuliśmy się jak w domu.

Obiekt Chambre 1er étage, położony w miejscowości Canet-en-Roussillon, oferuje ogród, zakwaterowanie w pokojach dla niepalących, bezpłatne Wi-Fi we wszystkich pomieszczeniach oraz taras. I love this place! There is absolutely nothing to complain about! It's a converted residence with one ground floor room and 3 more up a winding staircase. It's a perfect combination of private room and hostel-style interaction with other guests. Owner, Pascal, single-handedly does all the work, keeping the place very clean and tidy. He speaks adequate English. At 25€ (single, mid-May, no breakfast), it's an outstanding value, too. I enjoyed it so much I stayed 3 nights. When there was no availability on the 2nd night, Pascal gave me his room.The four rooms share two bathrooms, half and three-quarter. There is a full shared kitchen/lounge, including an oven and cooking equipment, suitable for preparing full meals. Wi-fi is excellent. There is a constant supply of coffee and tea, a generous set of herbs and spices, ice cubes, and garden lemons. The description says towels and linens cost extra. This is true for towels but linens are included. The rear surroundings are lushly green and the residential street is very quiet. There is a small balcony for smoking or sitting and the large front yard has tables and chairs. There is ample, free street parking. Shopping and the beach are a long walk away, but there is good bus service. Guests should be aware that the rooms do not have external locks so they're accessible when not occupied but I had absolutely no sense of theft danger. If you. like me, don't like standard hotels, this place is for you!

Bardzo doceniam lokalizację hotelu, to tylko kilka minut pieszo do centrum oraz gościnność właścicielki, która zadbała o każdy szczegół naszego pobytu, np. dostarczyła nam śniadanie wcześniej, ponieważ o to poprosiliśmy. Udalo się nam także wcześniej zameldować i zostawić bagaże by spokojnie spacerować po mieście. Było bardzo czysto i przytulnie, każdy miał lodówkę, zestaw do przygotowania kawy, herbaty lub czekolady i mogliśmy spędzić czas w ogrodzie. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne, a w łazience można było skorzystać z kosmetyków do kąpieli. W apartamentach było dużo sztuki i lokalnych akcentów :)

The village Ménerbes was almost as charming as the famous Gordes. The apartment was lovely and spacious in the quiet area. The old house with a lot of books had a history of its own and the host Vincent had a corresponding charisma. Séverine prepared wonderful breakfast. No TV screen in the apartment was a real bonus.
