Featuring inner courtyard views, Hotel Casa Santa Lucía in Baños features accommodation, free bikes and a garden. The property has mountain and garden views. We absolutely loved staying at Casa Santa Lucia during our short visit to Baños! The staff members were all extremely kind and welcoming, making sure we had information for activities or tours, breakfast or beverages if we wanted them, and laundry services if needed. The property itself is a little removed from the main part of Baños, meaning it is a much quieter and calmer area, which we loved. It is still a short walk to the bus terminal, main town square, and all of the restaurants/cafes/tour companies. Our room was a nice size with a small balcony and comfortable bed. There was some noise outside with roosters or dogs, but we've found that is relatively unavoidable in Ecuador. We can't recommend Casa Santa Lucia enough - do not miss this lovely spot if you are visiting Baños!

Great place to stay, amazing views and very nice hosts. We loved it! As others mentioned it is about one hour walk from town up the montain, so we just took a taxi or uber at night. Muchas gracias!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Standard breakfast is good. The view of the surrounding mountains and town is the selling point. Spacious rooms and common areas. Hammock somewhere in the premises was nice. And very clean.

Jhoana is soooo adorable! She's making such wonderful breakfasts. She cleaned my dorm while I was totally hungover and she took good care of me :) The garden outside is nice to chill, rooms a comfy and the staff are helpful. I arrived late on the 30th and it was pouring rain. There was no delivery services so the guy at the reception (sorry I forgot your name) took me in his car to go pick up some food!! Wow 👏🎉💕

Located in Baños, Rústic Quinta La Aurora features a garden and a shared lounge. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast and Luis was an incredible host. He helped me through a very difficult situation with stolen passports and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Luis booked our tours and even drove us to Quito, 4 hours each way, to help us get there safely. I can´t thank Luis and his family enough for their kindness and support, amazing people and I really look forward to staying with them again. This place is special and we really felt like we were so welcome there. Well done!

Great place , very kind staff, great breakfast and comfortable room. quiet spacious area right by the river bank . They made our laundry and gave us many extras for very little cost. Highly recommend.
