A beautiful hotel in a really nice place, a few meters from the main square. Great panoramic view of Cusco directly from the room, very nice staff, comfortable but a little cramped room next to the bed, very clean environment and excellent care. We really appreciated being able to keep our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu and after so we could prepare for our next trip around South America and wait at the hotel for the night bus departure. Thank you again. Despite the small shortcomings that can be survived, we would choose this hotel again, we highly recommend it. Today, after completing a large part of the journey in South America, we really confirm it.

We stayed here twice, before and after the Salkantay Trek. Both rooms were really lovely and quiet, with good showers. The hotel was a bit of a splurge for us, even though it's very well priced it's on the higher side of what I like to pay. It was absolutely worth it, honestly I couldn't fault the hotel, spotless, pretty, all the staff from reception to the breakfast were super helpful and smiley. They have filtered water, coca and muña tea available 24hrs which is really helpful especially when you've just arrived and are feeling the altitude. Breakfast is good and lots of choices, shout out to the banana pancakes and good coffee. Also loved that it's opposite San Blas market and well located in general. Would definitely stay there again, thank you guys!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was very well situated close to centre but not in the noisy area. It had a historical quaintness and charm about it. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They were available 24 hrs and there to help with early starts . They spoke good English and were always happy. The rooms and general area were kept spotlessly clean with coca tea and coffee available 24 hrs a day. Breakfast was served from early and delicious with lots of fresh variety. There was help available to organize tours and taxis as necessary. Over all I couldn't fault anything and would highly recommend staying here.

Michael and family who run the accommodation are generous, kind and welcoming hosts. The breakfast is delicious and one of the best we have had in South America. The location is fantastic and close to many historic sites. The bedrooms are spacious, clean, beds so comfortable, extra blankets and heating provided, if required. Bathroom large and hot water. I would highly recommend accommodation, it is fantastic.

I really liked Estrellita especially for the kindness of the staff. The rooms are tidy and warm . Breakfast is very good and very nutritional. A quiet place to relax after days of trekking around the area. I highly recommend this place !

Arriving in this small, cosy hotel is like coming home. You do not feel like a number, not even like a customer but you get real personal treatment. The whole staff is doing an excellent job, but Wilbert is absolutely outstanding : young and very dynamic, super friendly and authentic, swith a good ense of humour and feeling very well how to treat who. Nothing is too much for him to help people. He's doing more than his best. The rooms are modern and very clean. And the Plaza San Blas is a small, very picturesque square, beloning to the oldest part of Cusco.

I truly enjoyed my stay – the hospitality and warmth from Vilma, the owner, were exceptional. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her guests and goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the bed linens and towels smelled fresh and clean. It didn’t feel like I was staying in a hotel – it felt like I was staying at the home of someone I’ve known for a long time.
