A gorgeous home with a beautiful garden and mountain views! The host was super helpful and welcoming, showing us that our room had access to her beautiful garden and a mini fridge with some free beverages, as well as giving us lots of information on how to get around to other nice spots along the lake and where to go for dinner and beach. She made us fresh breakfast along with a wonderful buffet every morning. The room was clean and neat and comfy.

The view is excellent, the host is extremely hospitable and the restaurant also is great, that very convenient. In the room there are all we needed: kettle, iron, hairdryer. Everything was exceptional. My room was spotless and so comfortable. Simon made breakfast fresh every morning and it was gorgeous. They were incredibly helpful in finding what to go and helped me by driving to and from the stations.

One of the best villa we've been ever stayed. Nice and friendly owners (who can help you with anything), big villa with a spectacular view and region where you can go hiking, walking, climbing mountains or doing boats trips at the Lago di Como. Reccomend! P.S.: Breakfast you can find in your room. Sweets, cereals, milk, coffee,tea, eggs, yogurts and so on. We were satisfied with that :)

The property is very historic yet superbly renovated to make your stay a very comfortable and clean experience. The host Sylvia was lovely and shared her local knowledge helping us plan our time in the region. The family run restaurant there is wonderful and we had the best meal of our trip so far. It was a lovely outdoor setting. Breakfast was extensive & superb plus Sylvia can make a wonderful coffee. This was a unique Lake Como experience away from the crowds.

    The owner and hostess was so friendly and helpful and always made sure we had the best stay. A bit of a hike up hill from the train station, but transport (of luggage) was offered for free. Nice and quiet rooms and excellent breakfast served outside with lake view.

    Me and my wife had an amazing time at this B&B! Massimo is a great host, very attentive and hospitable. Food at B&B was great, both breakfast and dinner :) Room was very clean and had everything you needed. Charming village, amazing views and close connection to nearby cities/villages.     Magnificent accomodation located on a hill above Mandello. The charming house is a bed and breakfast with apartments in the back and osteria in the front. Everything was clean and tidy. We had an enjoyable stay, quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The food and especially their local produce is top notch. I would definitely recommend spending some time in this beautiful area.
