Our Host Austin is just exceptional in hosting. Beach is just 7min from property. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurants are within 1km. Overall very comfortable and friendly stay. He also helped us in booking taxi and guiding us for nearby tourists attractions.

Beautiful property maintained by the family. Nice air conditioning , good bathroom fittings and the balcony has an ocean view.

The property is just 5 minutes walking from the Bogmallo beach. Nicely maintained. The highlight of this property is the host, they are very nice and caring. They will make sure you don’t face any issue in your trip. Highly recommended.

The service was very personalised, we came very late at night and woke up late so we missed our breakfast but they still waited for us and arranged breakfast. This was a very good service . It's close to the beach and have security and sunbeds both.

We had an amazing stay in a peaceful property. the property had a balcony, upperfloor bedroom, lots of space and swimming pool.

Could not have wanted more. Excellent service from lovely staff, always going the extra mile. The room was modern and comfortable, approx 15 minutes walk from the beach. Stunning beach and the quietest and cleanest in Goa. Local food is great with multiple choices of cuisine, at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much for our stay. Highly recommend.

The rooms were spacious and clean. They booked us a taxi to the airport as soon as we got there.

First of all, I would like to point out that if you have come this far, there is only one place to stay, and that is here. You have to ask why? First of all, Mr. Rodriguez is a wonderful host with his smiling face and has helpfulness character. Ready to provide support in everything from A to Z. In summary, if you are looking for an angel on your holiday, he can give it to you. It is as if a benevolence angel sent to earth by God in his facility located opposite the church. Some may think I am exaggerating, but when you get to know him, you will realize what I mean, or even say a little. The same goes for his whole family, of course. Let's go to the facility. I am the general manager of a five star hotel. That's why I'm looking for smaller and even family-friendly facilities for my holidays, and I prefer to stay in them. As for the facility, I can say that those who prefer silence and calmness will definitely love it, with comfortable large rooms and a pleasant garden, about 10 minutes away from the beach. Don't let the distance scare you, the road is covered with greenery and coconut trees. enjoys walking. The end of the road is the sea. You can walk comfortably even at night. You can come here by taxi from the airport, or by buses from Vasco but you can use bus stop located outside of the airport and get off in front of the church. Opposite the church is already the home of the Rodrigues family. Returning to the rooms, there is a large bedroom, a refrigerator, a large two-door wardrobe, kettle, air conditioning, which is relatively small for a hotel but will definitely work. Briefly, If you want to spend a few days in peace, without a doubt, this is the place you would most like to come.

The owner even took us to the airport art 4:30 am.
