We were lucky enough to stay, maybe by chance or maybe driven by curiosity, in this facility managed by two wonderful hosts Marco and Diana. The property is located in a very characteristic urban area of the Canary Islands, full of services such as shopping centers, bars and restaurants among the best in Maspalomas and at prices definitely lower than the super tourist areas... which in any case are 10 minutes walking through awesome and wonderful avenue!!! What about then the excellent breakfast with super cappuccino and delicious pancakes as well as toast , selection of Canarian cheeses and the scrambled eggs. We will definitely be back, thank you for everything

Karl is a great host, so I recommend him to every Gran Canaria travelers. His accommodation is in a really smoll village with really nice view. You can find it exactly next to the church. It ha nice kitchen with everything what you need, everythong is clean, modern and cosy. And the surprise was for me the jaquzi on the terrace. In the village you can find a small grocery shop and a small restaurant too. The bus goes only 6 times daily.

The apartment is located in the Pasito Blanco, Meloneras area on the south of Gran Canaria. This is one of the most prestigious places on the island. Right next to the complex, there is a bus stop, just as you step out of the complex. Transport – excellent connection: buses run every 10 minutes, you can quickly get to Maspalomas, Arguineguín, Puerto Rico, and even to the airport. Also liked the beach and marina – a large harbor, calm sea, yachts, elite atmosphere. In 5 minutes there is a millionaire's neighborhood – nearby elite villas, a golf club, a yacht club, and expensive restaurants. I liked the combination of convenient transport accessibility, elite surroundings, and proximity to the beach, so this is really one of the best places for vacation or even living in the south of Gran Canaria. Also liked Faro de Maspalomas – the famous lighthouse, the symbol of the south of the island, which is 10 minutes from the complex. There is also another Maspalomas Beach – with dunes, ideal for walking. Also, Playa del Inglés is 15 minutes from the complex – parties, bars, nightclubs.
