Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and parking on site.

The attention of the hostess was exceptional! She was extremely helpful, answered all our questions, gave perfect advise how to get to the airport, stored our luggage and even offered breakfast at 6:15 (!) On the day when we left for torres del paine. Breakfast and room leave nothing to wish for.

The overall feel of the hotel was amazing, attention to detail was extraordinary, very nice boutique hotel experience. The service was extraordinary by all staff, it exceeded my expectations and that is not an easy thing to accomplish. Will definitely come back and recommend to others. Good job!

Casa Lucy, bed and breakfast a Puerto Natales

Lucy offers family-run accommodation and simple décor in central Puerto Natales, only 4 blocks from the city centre. Guests can book trips to Torres del Paine and enjoy free Wi-Fi.

The host was lovely . The location is close to the bus station so no taxi needed with heavy bags , also very close to a laundrette . Allowed us to store bags while doing the o trek and when we returned the big bags were in our room waiting for us so we could just sleep! Nice breakfast of toast / ham / cheese / eggs / juice / coffee / yoghurt etc . Maybe a bit further from town than other properties but it’s a small place so only a 20/15min walk , and also means the streets are quieter . Massive room which was nice when sorting out our O trek packing

The friendliness of the owners (absolutely fantastic!), the cleanliness of the place, the cosiness, the good temperature inside, the included breakfast, the fact that the dorms are large rooms with only 2 or 3 people, the hot showers. The cats are cute and well-behaved. They might enter your room if you leave the door open, but I didn't run into issues with them. Also, I could store my bike at the back of the house, in an outdoor enclosed area, under a little roof. I must finally say that I was there when the Japanese lady who let the bad comment was around. She behaved horribly, and she states things that are not true, and hence, not to be taken seriously. I feel truly sorry for the owners who did their best. She was absolutely ungrateful.
