The food is excellent, and we loved the daily hot chocolate and snores, as well as the chocolate chip cookies left in our room by housekeeping.

Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.
