Loissa is extremely caring host! She promptly addressed all my questions. The apartment is spacious, clean, fully equipped with all the new appliances for comfortable stay! The free Spotify and Netflix on the large 50 inch TV screen were very handy during those rainy days when i feel I don't want to leave the house. Very cozy and lovely place - strongly recommend!

I stayed for a week in this Mactan Newtown 8 apartment and it was clean, comfortable, and functional, and more spacious than I expected. I enjoyed the view, and the free water was a nice bonus. Check-in, check-out, and communication with the host was effortless. Pay attention to the directions because there are at least 2 lobbies for Mactan Newtown 8 and you want the far one.
