An easy 20-25 minute walk from the station. All old town in 10minute walkable distance. Garden really pretty and peaceful. Room clean and kind of fancy, bathroom is ace. Heating, seats, spacious, quiet, mirrors. Host is so lovely.

Very well maintained property. We stayed in a villa for 2 families. The pool is very big as well as there is a grass entrance to the lake. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help.

The welcome from all the staff on arrival was absolutely 100% after a weary journey from Ireland by air and train/taxi… the owner/principal (Bruno) was excellent with plenty of advice and assistance with getting into nearby Passignano sul Trasimeno… we will be forever thankful to Hotel Kursaal for making our stay in Italy very memorable and fulfilling! What a wonderful place! Location is perfect, nice peaceful alley. No cars, no noise, you will sleep really good here. Just minutes away from lake, one of the best restaurants is just 30 metres away! The people who runs the accommodation are super friendly and helpful. Thank you wery much, we'll be back some day.

We had an exceptional holiday. It's the ideal place for those looking to escape the overwhelming tourist crowds that now plague the usual destinations. Torricella, and Lake Trasimeno in general, offers a peaceful and serene experience in close contact with nature, perfect for those who enjoy contemplating its simple beauty. Moreover, it allows you to reach, in less than an hour by car, places rich in history, art, and culture—less frequented by tourists but truly worth visiting. And last but not least, Vilma, the host, has been very kind and thoughtful: she really went the extra mile for making our stay the most confortable and pleasant possible.

    we stayed one night at The View and I wish we stay longer! Such a lovely place ! Everything was so clean , modern and professional plus apartment looks stunning. And the view!! There was nothing missing, all snacks, drinks, fresh towels and all facilities ! perfect locations

    Breakfast tokens provided for the patisserie shop opposite, lovely with the coffee that was also in the apartment along with milk, juice and biscuits. Location next to the lake was fabulous the pictures don’t do it justice. Even in March the sunsets over the lake were fabulous. Good base to drive to many other lovely places, Cortona, Montepulciano, Deruta and many more.
