The room & homestay is cozy, everything is new, it’s fully equipped and if you need anything extra you can always ask the owner to borrow. His family also made sure we were introduced to all activities & destinations in/near the bay with very reasonable price and great service. The location is 1 min away from the main street of the bay with all restaurants & cafe. I’d definitely book again if I stay in Vinh Hy Bay

Very nice bungalow, spacious and clean. The property is nestled in a beautiful garden. If there is no Karaoke in the neighborhood, it is absolutely quiet. Washing machine free to use. Kitchen free to use. Sitting areas outside the bungalow.

Located within 500 metres of Ninh Chu Beach and 500 metres of Binh Son Beach, ngaunhien's house - Homestay provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Thôn Dư Khánh. Nice place. Cozy, quite and clean. Close to the road but they have big garden and you don't feel it. In a few minutes of walking you get on the big sandy beach, perfect for night walking. Lady host was very nice also. Definitely recomendation

Located in Phan Rang, 1.3 km from Phan Rang Beach and 1.5 km from Binh Son Beach, JACY Apartment - Phan Rang, Ninh Thuan offers free WiFi and air conditioning. The owner, Ms Jacy, was very nice and helpful, she did not intervene much beside initial welcoming. We asked for suggestions on a vegan restaurant and she recommended us Om Vegan Restaurant which turned out to be just as we expected. About the apartment, the pros are: - Good location, located in a quiet neighboorhood about 1km walking distance to the beach, not too far and you can ride or drive directly to the main beach which big parking space. - The apartment is very well-maitained, very clean and comfortable. - Good wifi - Lovely city view up high ( I stayed at floor 10) - Good kitchen utensils so you can even cook your own meals, it even equipped with an infrared cooker, an airfryer, a refridgerator… - A washer and clothes hanger so you can do laundry. - Parking is available in the basement but most people just park around the surrounding streets nearby. Parking spots are abundant.

Set within 100 metres of Ninh Chu Beach and 1.8 km of Binh Son Beach in Thanh Hải, Nai's house - Homestay offers accommodation with seating area. This was my favourite accomodation across my entire Vietnam trip. The owner was an absolute legend. You couldn’t have come across a more trusting, generous and friendly person if you tried. Nai’s property is an outlier for all the right reasons, it even has a piano!

Located within 800 metres of Binh Son Beach and 1.9 km of Ninh Chu Beach in Phan Rang, Cube homestay Phan Rang cách biển 300m to the beach features accommodation with seating area. I like the way the owner operates his business although it’s not anything new. Almost everything is done automatically and via Zalo. The lobby is paved with stones, it’s really cool. Bathroom, location are good, it’s just a bit far from K1 area, where has many restaurants. The only thing you need to notice is there are some red ants, so be careful if you bring some food into your room.

Convenient for kite surfing, polite guests. Affordable prices. The host is friendly and very helpful when you need assistance. There are quite a few delicious local eateries nearby. A variety of room types are available to suit your needs. The kitchen comes with a large fridge for those who want to cook for themselves. Motorbike rentals are available on-site. The host even helped me book a sleeper bus from Saigon directly to the accommodation for only 245,000 VND, which is incredibly cheap.
