We loved our stay in Pico! The room is in the perfect location in the center, walking distance to the town's shops, restaurants and waterfront. Right downstairs is a restaurant we loved so much we ate there twice! There was also always plenty of parking just on the street over which was convenient with the rental car. Débora was so kind and attentive to our needs during our entire stay. I definitely recommend if you find yourself in Pico!

I absolutely can’t give enough accolades to address the property and owner. Everything was superior, and I would highly recommend this cottage! Pico Island is amazing, of course, and the cottage captures the essence of the land and the people. Made from lava rocks and stunning local wood, whoever designed the cottages here had vision. The owner was marvelous and kept in touch with us as we approached our time in Pico. Also, a thankful shout-out to the amazing women who run the local grocery store - you’ll find it as it’s the only one - as they made calls on our behalf and loaded us up with delicious bread, fruit, and cheese made nearby. 10 stars out of five for it all!!

Amazing place! One of the most beautiful hostels I have ever been. Nice, well equipped and clean common kitchen. Common areas well organized and clean. Nice and comfortablem room. I would strongly reccomend "Calma do Mar" hostel.
