We had the most wonderful stay and we can't praise it enough! Jessica, the owner, greeted us with the warmest welcome, making us feel like old friends. The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had a nice shower and the bed was good - simply amazing! What truly enchanted us was the charming ambiance of the apartment, named Africa. It felt like a cozy haven, and we instantly felt relaxed. The breakfast, though not extravagant, was just what we needed to start our day. Plus, the symphony of birdsongs in the surrounding area was a delightful bonus. Location-wise, it couldn't be more perfect. It's smack in the center of all, and the beach is just a stone's throw away. Jessica was an absolute gem, providing us with fantastic tips and recommendations for exploring the beautiful Mauritius island. In summary, if you're in search of a spot in this area, look no further. Jessica's hospitality will make your stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Located within a few steps of Trou d’Eau Douce Beach and 12 km of Le Touessrok Golf Course, Villa Île aux cerfs provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Trou dʼ Eau Douce. We spent a fabulous 6 days at this beautiful property right on the beach. The apartment has a nice cosy feel and the location is perfect with several good restaurants in walking distance. The view from the balcony is to die for, and you just have to go down a few steps to be on the beach. Adeline is an amazing housekeeper. She made us feel at home right away and gave us tips where to buy groceries and to go for dinner. The fresh fruit and milk and water in the fridge were a very nice touch. One day, Adeline cooked a delicious creole curry for us.

5.7 km from Le Touessrok Golf Course, Riverside Holiday Home is a recently renovated property located in Grande Rivière Sud Est and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Rajesh who owns the property, met us at the airport in the car we were hiring from him. He was helpful with our luggage and of great assistance on arrival to the property. Food and drink was there and fresh bread. Trips could be arranged through him and his friend had a restaurant not far from where we were staying. The view of the river was excellent and the apartment was like home from home with large rooms and verandah. We would definately rebook with Rajesh and his wife again. Car hire was good and in good working order.

Horisun offers accommodation in Belle Mare. The guest house has a barbecue and terrace, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The owners are some of the kindest people we have ever met! They are very attentive to details and do a highly professional job to make you feel not simply well taken care of, but more than that - a very appreciated and dear guest. It was very nice chatting to them. They organized a catamaran trip for us. The food is excellent, both the breakfast and dinner - high quality local ingredients, very well cooked. Our room was very spacious and comfortalby furnished, with a large terrace overlooking the paradise-like garden and the lake. There is no wifi in the rooms but we had mobile data on the phones. The area itself isn't the nicest to walk around, however by a car you can reach Belle Mar public beach in 3 min. We loved our stay in Horisun and will be very glad to come back! Thank you!

2.5 km from Palmar Beach, Villa Bella Quatre Cocos is a recently renovated property situated in Trou dʼ Eau Douce and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Villa Bella is located in a very calm neigbourhood, and has all the accomodations one needs. Every amenity in the kitchen, fruit as a welcome gift, a washing machine with powder ready, a TV, etc.. The house is extremely clean, and all the rooms very spacious. The beds were made with clean sheets, no bugs anywhere, everything was perfect. We were very lucky to be the only hosts there, and had the entire property and swimming pool to ourselves. The people (Marco, Angelique the owner, even the neighbours) were all extraodinary in helping us adjust to Mauritius and the life there. We could always count on somebody to help us out, whether it was Angelique via the chat on booking, or Marco who lives not far at all from the property. The beach is only 5min away by car, and is gorgeous. It's the perfect place for people who like a calm environment but not far from shops, beaches etc. You need a car but that is to be expected in Mauritius. PS: the wifi is extremely good at the Villa, better than in a lot of hotels where I stayed.

I was here with my kids and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner and his dother were very friendly. We had evrything in the hous we needed. The location is great - on the coast, so you can go for a swim whenever you wanted. The owner gave us sugestion on where to spend our days and where to go for a lunch. There is an amazing spa across the street where a got an amazing masage. The best of all was Suzie, who came to the hous evry day, cleand evrythinf even our dishes and dirty cloeths. Perfecr stay:)
