Situated within 100 metres of Petrovac Beach and 11 km of Sveti Stefan, SM Beach Residence features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Petrovac na Moru. We stayed at SM Beach Residence in Petrovac from June 7th to 20th and rented 3 apartments. Everything was amazing! The location is perfect — right on the beach with beautiful sea views. The apartments were very clean and well-equipped. What pleasantly surprised us: towels were changed every 3 days, and even bed linen was refreshed during our stay. The soundproof windows are excellent — with closed windows you don't hear anything from the street, which is great for sleeping. The small kitchen has everything you need. There’s a convenient place downstairs to store beach items, and we loved how easy it was to go back and forth with kids. Private parking next to the building was a big plus, as parking in the city is difficult. The staff was always available and helpful. Milica is a very kind and responsive host. We truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!

Davorka was the best host, she would make any stay awesome🙂 The facility has great location, 3 minutes to the beach over the pedestrian bridge. The room has a fridge, everything else you may need you can find in the shared kitchen. Being able to sit in the yard was a great asset for me.

Not far from the beach and walking promenade. Enjoyable not just accomodations stay in Ksenia Apartments but every day walk to the beach and restaurants.
