We loved the peace and the view from the fishing port (1min's walk). The host was very responsive and provided plenty of instructions so the check in process was smooth sailing.

Boasting open-air hot spring baths and ocean views from all rooms, Toba Grand hotel is located a 5-minue drive from JR/Kintetsu Toba Train Station. We had a very spacious room with a beautiful ocean view. We especially enjoyed the complimentary beverage service. The staff was very helpful. Food was very good, but did not offer much in variety if staying multiple days. It's a little out of the way, but there is shuttle service available to Toba Station if you wish to venture off and do some sightseeing. Just be sure to leave and return between the shuttle service hours.

Located in Toba in the Mie region with Dolphin Island nearby, Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Toba Saichoraku provides accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a sauna. We had a traditional Japanese room with a private bathroom that faced the ocean. The view was absolutely stunning and was incredible. The mineral foot spa was nice after a long day.
