This place has the friendliest and most helpful staff we've had on our Bali trip. They were ready to shift us to a different room when I brought up an issue about the AC (which was not really much of an issue. We had to keep the doors shut for longer). They were proactive in making sure that we were going to the right places by providing recommendations. The room was pretty good too. We got hot water for a longer period as compared to the other places we stayed at.

Our stay was the best! Everything you could possibly need on the island is provided (e.g. snorkeling gear, bicycles…). The villa is clean and looks great! You immediately get a comfortable feeling there. The breakfast is also very good and the staff was super nice and helpful with anything! I can really recommend this place. Also they had really good restaurant recommendations which we followed every day. The bed was comfortable and clean, you could even choose between a hard or soft pillow.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Very friendly and attentive staff, also sweet cats and rabbits. Would love to stay there again :)

Offering a garden and garden view, Ani Bungalows is situated in Gili Trawangan, 400 metres from North East Beach and 600 metres from Turtle Conservation Gili Trawangan. We would highly recommend staying here. Lovely family and great room. Loved the shower and the fact that it had a wardrobe and could put my clothes out. They also regularly clean your room and change your towel when you stay there longer.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by Gary, the owner, and Dian, the general manager. Their hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The villa itself is beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and offering everything we could possibly need for a comfortable retreat. Dian went above and beyond to arrange a fantastic boat trip for my wife's birthday, allowing us to snorkel at several stunning spots where we encountered vibrant marine life, including plenty of fish and turtles. Upon returning to the villa, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture from the staff—a lovely handwritten note, delicious cookies, and a stunning birthday cake made entirely out of fresh fruit. It was the perfect way to end the day! While the villa is not beachfront, it remains an excellent value for money given its quality and the exceptional service provided. We would rate the villa a solid 9, with the staff deserving an unwavering 10 for their warmth, attentiveness, and generosity. The hospitality of the Indonesian people has truly left us in awe, making this trip an experience we will cherish forever.
