Our stay at these igloos was nothing short of magical. The accommodation perfectly blended comfort and natural beauty, offering an extraordinary arctic experience. The igloo was incredibly functional, maintaining a perfect temperature and providing all necessary comforts. Situated on a frozen lake, its glass walls allowed us to sleep under a starry sky and witness the mesmerizing Northern Lights and stunning sunrise. The accompanying cottage was cozy and inviting, complete with a warm fireplace and a traditional sauna. An extra thoughtful touch was the host's provision of a delightful lactose-free breakfast in a beautifully prepared box, catering to dietary needs with care. The entire experience felt like a personal winter wonderland – intimate, peaceful, and absolutely breathtaking. We couldn't recommend this unique retreat more highly. Situated in Rovaniemi, 700 metres from Arktikum Science Centre and 6.1 km from Santa Park, Arctic Taiga City Suite offers air conditioning. Absolutely loved it. 1 minute walk to the town centre ( the main street I mean). Very comfortable and warm. I love the thought to the detail it all made it so comfy and home like. Has all the stuff for a longer stay, it’s a home away from home. For a one bedroom apartment it felt very spacious and we had plenty of space for 4 of us. It’s next to a busy road but the windows let literally no sound through it’s very quiet and can’t hear any cars passing at all. Good communication with the owner, replied fast.

Really good place for the price. The host was kind enough to let us stay till 6pm on our check out day as our trains were late in the evening.
