It felt like a brand new place and we were the first to arrive…it is that clean and fresh. The people were very helpful for getting rental bikes and we loved the location with easy access to town and the beach.

The train in the backyard was a great entertainment for the kids - and not disturbing at all as it only runs once per hour.
