After seeing the first room assigned and the smart TV is not connecting well, we requested to change to a room with a better view and TV, the staff was very understanding and helpful. We are very glad with the new studio which has a beautiful view, thanks very much!

The flat was on 2nd floor and all was good. My friends and I relaxed in that big living room much. We also did laundry when we stayed and everything was perfect. When opened the windows the views of the mountains were stunning. The host replied the messages quickly and let us felt comfortable and the information was helpful.
