Beach rentals in Key Colony Beach

Lovely little place perfect for our stopover in marathon. Loved the quirky outdoor shower

It was a wonderful location half way down the keys, great base for exploring. The accommodation is lovely, of a very high quality, the beds were very comfy, sofa also, great choice of TV channels/films, beach chairs, a cooler you can use to take by the pool. Wonderfull gem of a place, decorated beautifully. We had a toilet which became faulty and wouldnt flush, Lynnette & Manny had the local repair team come within 20 mins to fix it, exellent service. Also the bar on the beach at Havana Jacks is 20seconds walk away and great at night after a days sightseeing to walk to for an evening Cocktail. Thank you Lynette & Manny.

EXCELLENT in general: + Very clean, well equipped kitchen (almost brandnew devices), + Comfortable, hard beds (no saggy mattresses), very clean en suite bathrooms, + Balcony with wonderful view. + Safe, quiet area, not any noisy neighborhood. + 3 minutes walk to Sombrero beach, 20 min drive to Bahia Honda beach, 5 minutes drive to Winn-Dixie and Publix. + Uncomplicated alignments with landlords

Home from home, everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely be booking this house for our next trip to the Florida Keys

The villa and property were the perfect place to take in the beauty and essence of the Keys. The private beach was lovely and though our villa wasn't front row, we enjoyed the lush view of the palm trees and felt we were right at the oceanfront. Our son loved the pool and enjoyed the array of pool and beach toys provided. The villa had everything one needs, including a full kitchen with one of the most powerful blenders that we've come across in our travels (we love making smoothies but it works for all sorts of drinks). The beds are very comfortable with high quality linen and the two full bathrooms were a welcome feature as were the new washer/dryer in the unit. Lots of areas to relax and enjoy, both inside and on the big screened terrace/balcony. Staff are very friendly and effective, even helped procure a shop vac to clean out our sand-plagued car. Location is within a few minutes' drive of Curry Hammock state park which is great for family friendly kayaking. We also saw some guests get their kayaks delivered straight to the hotel and start paddling from there. All in all a great experience and we hope to be back.
