The staff, the location, the design, the quality of everything was exceptional. The service level and professionalism of Sana and her team as in Ons, Jihen and all the other staff is one of the highest we have experienced. And the little special gestures and nuances made it even more special such as arranging a surprise birthday cake for my partner as well as gifting her a book which she enjoyed during our stay just topped it all. With an amazing sunset view from the massive terrace and a spacious 3 bedroom apartment centrally located in the heart of Sidi Bou Said, it was an amazing place for a family stay. Very easy communication for smooth check-in, the well equipped kitchen, washing machine and good wifi connection made the stay even more comfortable. The two rooms with fans were very pleasant to sleep even during the summer. You have everything you need in the flat for a holiday stay there. Highly recommended.
