The villa is in a security gated compound which is nice. 10 min by car to the beach. 5 min by car to services ( supermarket, pharmacy, exchange office ) And 10 min walk to very nice breakfast places. The pool is big and very nice. The villa is spacious and equipped with all basics. The washer drier option is helpfull for long stays. TV screen is big. Beds are comfortable. Both bedrooms are master with balconies.

Thailand is beautiful and powerful place. Exceptional place is Phuket island. This property Is comfortable and there is all the necessary. Infrastructure is close in walking distance, same with the beach. Surin beach is one of our choices in Thailand. I like and looking forward to the next time. The housekeepers are nice guys and really kind.

The manager was very caring and thoughtful looking after us during the stay. The swimming pool is quite big and gets regularly cleaned. Kitchen is big enough for cooking a seven-person meal. Beautiful weather.

Everything is good, only the location is a bit too far from the city, the rest is good, the building is located amidst the nature, but the owner needs to take care of the water tap at the kitchen as it didn't work, so we had to wash the dishes in our restrooms.
