We had a wonderful stay in Perucac and this property met all our expectations: it has a lovely view from the garden, enough of amenities and (the most important) working AC. AC is located in the kitchen and cools down temperature in a room with two beds, another room with double bed has a fan. From the grounds to the beach is 7-8 minutes by foot. The host is very friendly and welcoming, I would stay with him again.

The host is very nice and communicative, the location is perfect, nature is great, and the river is right near the house, so you can do BBQ near the river and spend time there. The house itself is pretty simple inside, but it was comfortable, and we didn't have any issues.

The house is big and spotlessly clean. There is a beautiful garden with a barbecue. You can hear the river and the birds all the time which is especially pleasant in the early morning. The hostess Nataša was very kind, answered all our questions and fullfilled all our requests easily. Excellent for big groups of friends and for families.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. It's super clean and quiet. The landlords are very kind and available at all times. We loved that we could also swim in the lake. Since tap water comes from the lake, we would recommend bringing a gallon of water along, there's a water spring near by, so you don't have to go to the market and buy drinking water. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to explore untouched nature and relax in a place that looks straight out of a movie.
