Much better than I thought it would be. Very nice staff, great breakfast. Small balcony with chairs to sit outside on watching the street below. Would liked to have stayed longer.

Breakfast with a good variety and a nice setup. The room was well-cleaned and quite comfy for a few days' stay, I was alone it was great. The staff is quite attentive, great location.

Fantastic accomodation right in the centre of Sitio. Vegetable and fish market just a few steps from the flat, nice restaurants nearby, upper station of a cable car aroud the corner, very nice city square with view platform...simply perfect location. The appartement was very well-equipped, we were not missing anything we needed, one day Marina even came to clean the place. And the gramophone with various vinyls was a great surprise! We had simply great time there.

Great location! 5 minutes from the bus station, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 7 minutes to the beach. Very beautiful house and hospitable hosts. Super clean! In the courtyard there is a well-equipped summer kitchen and breakfast area.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and helpful and stayed up waiting for us until 12:00 am. They left us Portuguese tarts and a bottle of wine which was much appreciated after a long journey. The location was very good, away from the noise but within walking distance of everything. We will certainly return.

Wonderful location just back from the beach with a grocery store 2 minutes away and close to great restaurants and cafes Also close to the tram and walking path up the hill The kitchen was well equipped and we even cooked a few meals Fabulous communication via what’s app, Really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, would love to have stayed longer

Best Bed and Breakfast we've ever stayed in. Super friendly host, very clean, very spacious with even a home cinema, billiard room and little gym. Great area with sea view and nice local restaurants nearby. Highly recommended, we would give more then 5 stars, if it would be possible. ;-)
