The location is perfect, close to the old town in a nice area. The apartment is modern, clean, well-equiped, spacious so ideal for longer stay as well. The host was helpful, answered quickly. We hope to return one day :)

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, large, clean and modern. Great location. the view from the rooftop is a dream. Sarah who welcomed us was wonderful, she told us everything we needed to know about the nearby streets and attractions. She was always on the phone with questions and responded to messages very quickly.

A nice and clean apartment right in the heart of Funchal. It's as comfortable as could be and everything is within the reach of a short walk. It is a somewhat on a side street so it's quiet enough at night. We stayed for ten days, had a mid term cleaning. Host comunicates very well.

Space, well equiped,excellent location walking distance to town. It has a washing machine, coffee machine and fridge freezer. Our hostess Cristina was fantastic. Provided all the support we needed and additional information. She also gave us a card for allocated secure vehicle parking. If i ever go to Funchal again i will stay at Luxury view apartment again.

It was really good 5 days .Locaton is perfect in the center of the city but it could be little louder in the evening but we were too tired from hiking so we didn’t mind. Everything is avaliable in radius of 10min walking. The room was clean and the kichen well equiped with toaster, microwave, etc , even we got free coffee and tea in our room from our host Sofia. She was really kind and even give us some directions for restourants and foods we should try. Overall 10/10.

Very nice place to stay in the very heart of the city of Funchal. Bars, coffee shops and restaurant 2 mins walking, first floor but still a lot of light. The small patio is very useful and charming. Few minutes walking from the ocean. The check in was very easy to organize and Guilherme is a very helpful and available person.

Located in Funchal, Apartments Madeira Old Town are a 5-minute walk to the beach and to the Funchal old town.

Location, treatment, we were allowed to stay extra time for free. This is super comfortable, when u travel with child.

Amazing staff, garden, hotel room, facilities were topnotch, breakfast buffet was to die for and the gardens and swimming pool just wonderful. Lots of good restaurants along the promenade.
