At first I was put in a dark and cool room, but it was changed without a hitch. Also, I was able to check in much earlier. The atmosphere in both the apartment and the hotel is very homely and cozy, great location. The team always tries to help and solve any problem. Location is great

breakfast was awesome and the the room with the balcony was so beautiful, you could eat your breakfast there as well. Super easy to get to via tram and only 20 mins from the beach, the walk is super nice along the harbor.
