Wat an absolute delight it is to stay in this little piece of paradise! Gorgeous decor, delicious food and drinks, kind and superb service. A place you will definitely feel at home. Madiha itself is also a good choice as a location, since you will find tranquility and beauty, but there are some really nice restaurants and chill places in the neighbourhood. And of course Mirissa, which is a lot busier, is 15 min away. We stayed here with our family of 4 and absolutely loved it!

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house, which is perfectly located just 5 minutes from the local train station and only 10 minutes from the beautiful Weligama beach. The family who owns the place is so nice- they have arranged everything from whale watching tour to tuktuk drive. The location of the hotel is great, rooms are comfortable and clean and have nice jungle view, you can watch monkeys playing on the trees from the balcony. We liked the hotel so much we reserved it also for our second stay in Mirissa.

It was beautiful. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. The multiple trees made the temperature cooler. It was really relaxing to just hang out outside the house. Ruwan was the best host one could have. He was so helpful and friendly and enthusiastic. He arranged pick up from the airport for us, took us around in his tuk-tuk , took us snokerling and surfing. He was also really fun to chill with. The food here was heavenly, it’s a slice of traditional cuisine . Ruwan went out of his way to serve us tea and coconut water when we requested. If you want to experience the authentic Mirissa you must definitely visit.
