The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had made a mistake on the booking and they were able to add an extra night on for us on the spot, even cleaning out a room not normally used for us. Lots of space/communal space for food and cooking. Can walk into town in about 30 mins.

An amazing apartment with everything we could have needed, in an amazing location. It is only a 2 minute walk into the heart of Baveno for food,a drink or to catch the ferry across the lake. I would highly recommend a stay here if your coming to the area.

When planning a vacation in October on Lake Majora, we were looking for cozy, comfortable apartments with private parking. An important condition was the location - going to the Alps, beautiful surroundings, traveling along the lake, and in the evening the opportunity to sit in a cozy cafe nearby. We found this Villa Regina e Oriente and the wonderful Alessandra, who knows how to make your vacation truly memorable. A nice bonus was Alessandra's offer to move into an apartment overlooking the lake, which became available. And right below our apartment there was an excellent pizzeria restaurant. Thank you, Alessandra, for a wonderful, unforgettable vacation. Recommendations 100%! A stunning view, terrace with barbecue, surrounded by nature and silence. We didn’t have to ask for anything, the apartment is well furnished. Smart check-in and checkout. The location is great, close to the cosy Verbania and perfect to reach tracking paths. Due to the seasonal opening we couldn’t try the swimming pool but this is one of the reasons we are definitely coming back.
