🌟 5 stars – A soulful and unforgettable stay with Alma! 🌟 From the moment we stepped into Alma’s apartment, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Alma—whose name beautifully means soul in English—truly lives up to it. Her warmth, attention to detail, and thoughtful gestures made our stay absolutely exceptional. The apartment was not only beautiful and spotless but also full of little surprises that made us feel right at home. There were refreshing drinks, bottles of water, chocolates, fluffy towels for everyone, and even comfortable robes. The bathroom was stocked with all those thoughtful extras that most places forget—everything you need to settle in with ease. One of the most delightful moments was when we arrived and Alma asked us what we would like for breakfast. We even got to choose the flavor of the croissants! The next morning, she left fresh croissants and delicious focaccia at our door—such a kind and personal touch that made us feel pampered and appreciated. It was really, really nice. Alma was especially kind to us throughout our stay. You can truly feel her generosity and soul in the way she hosts. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here. A wonderful apartment overlooking the marina. It was quiet at night even though Genoa is not! It's close to the old city but we chose to eat at a restaurant opposite the apartment block, staying in the marina area for our overnight stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the expensive boats being prepared and the massive cruise ships coming and going. We were en route between Florence and France, having lunched in Pisa: this was the perfect place to unwind from the crowds.

A wonderful B&B in the best location in Genova. Not exactly in the middle of the center, but in the nicest area of Genova, a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. And with a short walk to the beach promenade with a lot of nice bars and restaurants and Boccadasse, a must to visit in Genova. We had the room with the balcony, a spacious and very nice room, with everything you need. Breakfast was very nice and served at the time we wished. We went to the city center by bus, which was very easy, bus 43 takes you the whole way to the center and back. Download app AMT Genova and check departure times and buy tickets there. Super easy.

The host of this property was so helpful, she kept in contact, guided us with train stations met us personally at the taxi drop off and welcomed us into her apartment. Everything was immaculately clean. This apartment has tea and coffee making facilities , air conditioning in all of the rooms and a washing machine & dishwasher. It is a 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 minutes walk to the train station. Restaurants, cafes and bars right at your doorstep. Could not recommend this any higher.

the apartment is identical to the pictures, clean, modern, well-kept, the owners are very nice, helpful at any time of day, the area is excellent, safe, quiet, just a few steps to the beach and restaurants and shops, I will definitely come back there again, best regards and sorry for the chair 😂
