Annalisa and Luca are one of the nicest couples you could want to meet let alone be your host. Their property is of an exceptional location for the beach(five minutes walk) for Ancona and all the surrounding towns you want to see of the Marche. We visited Loretto, Numana, Sirolo, Recanatti, Senigalia, there are a number of other places we just did not have time to see, so for this reason we shall be returning to Carpe Diem next summer for a longer period. Exceptionally clean and modern apartment with a shared kitchen, this did not bother us as we quickly made friends with the other guests, thus made our stay that much more enjoyable. My wife and I are really looking forward to returning next year.

Friendly staff, home made excellent breakfast. Place is out in the boondocks, i.e. a bit complicated to find as both my navi’s didn’t show the correct house number, and the numbers shown were taking you into a totally different area.
