Villa Borzic is a great place to spend a vacation! The host, Ivan was very friendly and helpful! Tasty wine for the guests and ice cream for the kids from Ivan at the start of our stay was very nice and gave us a feeling of home. In the apartment, you can find everything you need for cooking, but when we had any additional requests - Ivan always helped us with that. The balcony is big, and with an amazing sea view, we will miss our breakfasts and dinners there. The beach in Nemira is one the best we’ve ever been in Croatia- it is long and wide, which makes it not too crowded, and has a natural shadow from the trees. The small supermarket is 5 min from the apartments- it is very convenient. Villa Borzic is 100% recommended by our family for spending a vacation in Croatia! Živjela Hrvatska! Слава Україні!

The apartment was amazing, very clean, lots of useful facilities (washing machine, tv, kitchen area with fridge and cooking facilities). Great location in Omis, very close to shops and restaurants. The host was very nice and helpful, made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us when we had a problem with our rental car. Really nice guy, would recommend staying here 10/10 :)

By the sea with its own private beach and pool with the possibility to visit many quiet small natural beaches along the coast. Clean and very well equipped apartments. (I recommend getting a sea view apartment). Near Omiš - very nice town with lots of restaurants and other opportunities like rafting on Cetina river, zip lining, tracking to Starigrad which has some magical views of the area.

The view from the balcony is to die for. Everything in the house is of high quality and good taste. The hostess Zlata is fabulous. She went out of her way to assist us, pampering us with snacks and drinks. She even brought us some medicine when she heard me coughing. Thank you so much Zlata! And we hope to see you again soon.

The owners were amazing hosts, they always put in extra effort to make sure everything was perfect. Really a great place to stay and relax. You can request dinner most days when you go for breakfast, it was a mixed meat dinner done on the grill - it was an excellent value and a very tasty meal!

Outstanding location with a beautiful outlook. We (7 of us) were looked after from start to finish & nothing was too much trouble. The service was fantastic throughout our 10 day stay. Certainly, exceeded my expectations and I would return in a minute.
