The size of the apartment is a bit bigger I assume. No problems at all that this apartment is on the ground floor. Silent area. 2 air-conditionions and well equipped kitchen. Easy to park just near the apartment. Cleaning of the apartment every 3rd or 2nd day, I'm not sure I remember. Everything is new. A lot of towels. Very good value for money when you have everyting although it is located not on the first line from the beach. Still I think it is about 7 min to walk to clean and long beach. Welcoming pastry was amazing, and we went for more to their bakery.

Everything was perfect! The room was large and clean, they also provided some coffee and other sweet things. The structure is 10 minute walk from the centre with a nice walk.

Best place we have ever stayed in South Crete. We wanted to be as near as possible to the starting point of Samaria (made 1 hour and 20 minute with the car), but we wanted to have also some restaurants around and we chose Paleochora. Room was very clean, hot water, air conditioner and perfect view. And a cute dog was there when we parked the car. Very friendly with people and cute 🥰

Our stay was comfortable and we were very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, whose location is perfect, about 3 minutes by foot to the great Pachia Ammos sand beach on one side and 2 minutes to the main commercial street of Paleochora. First of all, don’t take into account those old photos of the rooms, everything is new now, of great quality and very well thought: the room is well organized and of fair size for two people, the kitchen is well equipped and so is the bathroom (with the best shower I’ve seen in Crete so far), you find even some laundry soap and detergent and a plastic basin for small washings! The balcony allows for a nice rest in the evening. The WiFi and the AC are working smoothly. Everything is clean and neat and the room cleaning is done every day. Eleni, our host, was very nice and helpful overall, she guided us towards some fine restaurants, of which one is in the shared courtyard, the vegetarian Third Eye, just great. The only suggestion we have would be the introduction of a small table in the room and maybe also a chair, useful for sitting for a quick breakfast or a snack. All in all, thank you for the welcoming holiday accommodation!

Lovely family run place to stay, nothing was too much trouble. They came in every day to clean and even left little gifts which brought a smile to our faces.
