Peaceful, location was perfect, 3 balconies we could choose which to use depending on time of day. Host was so helpful with advice on where to go and see, even booked us a restaurant on last evening. The apartments layout was different to anywhere we'd stayed before, plenty of space for parking, easy access to all areas, which encouraged but didn't force discussion with neighbours. The architecture of the hotel, the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room were very good. Thank you very much for finding solutions to problems that were not their fault and not ruining our holiday. It will be my first choice when I come to Kos again. You can walk to the city center in 4-5 minutes. I think it is also very nice to have a private parking area.

Loved our stay here. Outside facilities were great !! Made good use of the BBQ and sunbeds. Hosts were great and fullfilled any request. Percy the Husky was very friendly and loves attention. Great for animal lovers

Absolutely everything. I have been going to Kardamiena for over 30 years and this is by far the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in. Its beautiful, with 3 really spacious double bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you could need, the kids were kept entertained with Netflix while I cooked and both bathrooms were clean and spacious. The wonderful owner was so kind and waited for us without any issues when our flight was delayed,kept in contact prior to and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided bottled water and some nibbles for our first night as we were arriving late at night when no shops were open. We hired a car and there was plenty of space to park right outside. Location is perfect, right I the centre of town and 2 second walk from the beach, there are 2 main supermarkets just round the corner and if you're driving its a minute or two round the corner from the main road. We went out of season so it was nice and quiet but even in season it's just far enough away from the bars that it would still be an ideal location for a family or group.

The host/owner was fantastic & so helpful! Apartment is very central (close to beachfront, busstop, shops and restaurants), clean & had everything I needed for a short stay. The kitchenette is sufficiently equipped and there is a washing machine in the communal area downstairs which guests can use.
