I highly recommend these apartments. They are absolutely wonderful – the best I have ever stayed in anywhere. The service is excellent, and the staff are very quick to help with anything. The room is very comfortable, everything is new and fully equipped. There is a great coffee machine, an oven (which is quite rare in apartments), a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bed is extremely comfortable, even better than at home. The cleaning is done every day, everything is kept tidy and spotless. The view from the terrace is very picturesque. The sea is just a two-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The swimming bay nearby is beautiful. We visited other beaches as well, but it became clear that the bay right under our apartments is the best one in the whole area. So I truly recommend booking these apartments – you won’t regret it!

Everything was perfect. Wonderful apartment right next to the sea with a view of sunrise, private beach loungers and umbrellas, close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The apartment is cleaned daily and bed sheets and towels are exchanged. Everything is very clean. Owners are very nice and friendly. Great location. We can definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The people managing the suites are nothing but nice with their welcoming basket, cleaning and communication. The view is always breathtaking specially when the sun comes up. We could use our private pool and the bigger pool. I recommend this for people who don’t want to stay at a “resort” or hotel and like to have more quiet time. The 2 beaches (agia pelagia & ligaria) not far by foot is definitely a plus. The airport and heraklion not even 20 min by car or bus.

Beautiful location with an amazing view. Stella has been a very attentive, generous and uncomplicated hostess who gave great tips and always brought culinary treats without being intrusive. The location is very near to nice little beaches and good restaurants.

Our flight was delayed but Maria, the owner stayed up until 2am to greet us. She is a lovely, friendly person. Even that late she produced a bottle of Raki to toast our holiday. The apartment was spotless, there were 6 bottles of water in the refrigerator, coffee pods for the machine , washing up liquid, detergent pods for the washing machine and very comfortable beds. The apartment is actually 1 minutes walk from the beach and nearest taverna, so a great location.

Ocean Villas Complex is located in Agia Pelagia and features a pool with a view and mountain views. The property has pool and garden views, and is 2.1 km from Fraskia Beach.

We were 4 people and we can highly recommended the accommodation. The view over Heraklion and the ocean was such amazing. Nice outdoor area with outdoor kitchen. Also a big pool with nice view. All together an awesome accommodation with friendly hosts.
