We had a fantastic experience staying at Studio Le Soleil des Tropiques. The location is ideal—just steps away from the marina, beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the island while enjoying the laid-back charm of Saint-François. The studio itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated, with tasteful decor and high-quality finishes. It came fully equipped with everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a well-stocked kitchenette, a modern bathroom, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. What really stood out was the warm hospitality. Lulu, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips. Her personal touch made the stay feel even more special. Another bonus was the view over the marina—waking up to that every morning was a real treat.

We travelled from Deshaies area, where we are staying for the majority of our vacation. We decided to come to St-Francois area to visit friends for the day. So it was a perfect place for our one night stay. Arnaud was very helpful when we had a mini health problem. A knight in shining armour! We had access to the private beach and restaurant.

We enjoyed 10 days in this apartment and it was perfect for our needs. It is small but had the perfect size for a couple and a 10y old child. The kitchen is on the outside so you need to take care of food that suffers with the high humidity. The bedroom has air conditioning which is absolutely comfortable. Toilet is separated from the bathroom, in case you need some extra privacy. All of the beds were really comfortable.

Met me on arrival. Hosts not on site so you need to plan coming and going. Parking is a bit difficult as there is no assigned parking. Water in shower was cold, no working wi-fi, no bedding. Need to provide bedding, towels, information on beach, restaurant hours, wifi.
