The property is wonderfully modern, with smart decor, without feeling out of place in St Ives. Our room was clean and came with all amenities and appliances we may need for our stay over the weekend. It may look like quite the distance, but with the shortcut beside, it only took 10 minutes for a nice walk to the beachfront. Both Dan and Lorena were very friendly, welcoming and eager to answer any queries or questions we might of had.

location was good, near St Ives. property was very, very, very clean, garden well kept and the attention to detail in the room was impressive. hosts were super friendly.

Absolutely delightful, a jewel in St Ives fabulous view, all the staff although younger than expected were excellent, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice .Highly recommended.

Helpful and friendly host and hostess, gave us warm welcome on our arrival. A handbook offers information about St Ives, such as map, taxi company phone number, handpicked restaurant list, etc. Surprisingly nice room, clean and cosy, giving relaxing holiday vibes. Our room fronted the seaside, the view was so beautiful through the windows. Nice breakfast in beautiful dinning room, with multiple food options, vegetarian included, of course.

The property was to a high standard and was very clean. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our three night stay. It’s about a 20 min walk into the town up a steep hill but we didn’t have a problem with this and there are buses and taxis available. Communication with the owner Anne was great and I would definitely recommend the apartment.
