What impressed us most of all was the friendly and very attentive staff. Special mention to Corinne and Simon. We requested a late check out and they immediately obliged. Because of this, we were still able to visit Villefranche sur mer before we checked out. The location was perfect for us, near the train station, because we took the train to other towns from the apartment. Our studio was very comfortable with complete amenities. I like that they are very serious with being eco-friendly. Definitely a must to stay at once we go back to Nice. I have already suggested Maison Lamartine to others!

Beautiful accommodation that had a romantic atmosphere. The spacious balcony, which we used for sitting in the evening with glass of wine. Very kind and pleasant lady owner who took good care of us.

Facilities were amazing! Breakfast condiments along with tea and coffee provided, microwave, kettle and hob was really useful to us also. We had brought our own washing pods however they had been provided too! We were nervous about the parking situation however we had nothing to worry about! Parking garage is a lot bigger than some others we’ve visited and the parking space was a good size.

The apartment was super spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Perfect location as well. Katja was an amazing host - very responsive and helpful, and it was super easy to organise check in. Thank you Katja - would definitely stay here again if I return to Nice!!

Perfect location. Super facility. There was also an air cooler which saved us as it was hot outside. If I come back here again, will choose the same property.

Location - for beach, train station, restaurants. Very well equiped kitchen. On bus route but can't say anything about that as walked everywhere. Close to tram station. Excellent location, would definitely stay again.
