We had a beautiful stay, the apartment is modern, new and the kitchen + bathroom are fully equipped. The location could not be better. It is just in front of the beach and you have a seaview from the apartment's windows + the building's terrace is amazing. We had a cup of coffee watching the sunrise on the terrace and we loved it. Everything was clean and the friendly host provided us with all the instructions before our arrival. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby + a bus station just next to the apartment building. We could go to the city centre by bus and come back, it was great. Supermarket at 5 minutes walking. Loved the intelligent system for opening the apartment's door using the mobile phone, was the first time using such advanced technology. Next time when we are in Valencia we will definitely stay longer, it was a great experience.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Patacona beach. The complex has a lovely outdoor pool which we were able to use. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We requested a baby bed which was prepared on arrival. The communication with the host was very easy. We were very happy with everything!

Very spacious place in a prominent location! A beach is just a short walk away, a couple of supermarkets are behind the corner, and a number of cafes as well. The kids had a lot of fun with the provided toys/books and the backyard.

The house is amazing. You have a view of the beautiful lagoon in Valencia and also a view of the sea. Additionally, the house has been decorated beautifully, coffee machine, comfy sofas, TV, broadband, etc. Even in the most hot days we were feeling cooled in there just by opening the windows. The host was incredibly polite and he was able to accommodate our stay and make it a bit longer. I'll definitely stay over there again, really recommended.
