Excellent staff, honest and always happy to help. We had a check-in from 3 pm, but we were accommodated when we arrived at 11 am. At the same time, we were met from the boat and taken for free. Definitely recommend, very honest and friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious, freshly prepared when you wake up, with a view of the whales in the morning, unforgettable

The room facilities are great. We had a two bedroom apartment, basically you got everything you need. They a nice pool, they even have bicycles to rent for free! The reception staff are very friendly and English speaking. Especially a staff called Xana, she was excellent, professional and outstanding. Will definitely come back again!
