My family trip to San Andres was amazing. Mrs. Eymy and Mr. Simmonds were very exceptional with us. They had everything ready for us before we arrive at the building. They were waiting for us. The customer service at Santa Catalina exceeded my expectations. It was the same customer services we had at USA or Europe. I recommend this place. I will come back with my family. Amazing!

The apartment is well located, 10 minutes walk from the airport and 15 from the centre and main beach. It is a bit old, but well maintained, bright and clean. Kitchen has the basic stuff and you can store food and beverages in the refrigerator. The balcony is very nice, with a view on the sea. Teresa is simply incredible ( she deserves 10/10 and more) ! She makes you feel at home, helps in every possible way, and gives a lot of good advice on the activities you can do or places you can visit. We loved our stay there and thank a lot Teresa for all her kindness and beautiful smiles:-)
