Lovely, warm, kind and very helpful hosts. They helped my partner and I to plan activities during our stay at Sinemorets. The hosts shared details about local trails, nearby beaches, interesting local legends and facts. Made us feel very welcome and helped us make the best of our vacation! The kitchen and the living quarters are well equipped. All necessary appliances for a comfortable stay are available. All spaces are well maintained and kept clean and tidy. The hosts regularly checked if we needed anything - mindful and sweet through and through! The garden is gorgeous - truly the jewel in the crown. Impressive arrangement and variety of flora. The blooming jasmine is enchanting. Parking is on the property grounds - safe and spacious. Multiple beaches, trails, shops and restaurants are within a short picturesque walk from the property. Excellent experience!

Maria was super nice and welcoming, we felt like home all the time. Exceptionally clean facilities, we had everything we needed.

Everything was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and clean and we had everything we needed. It was comfortable for our three month old baby too as we had a cot and sheets provided for her. The patio was our favourite place and we enjoyed having a coffee there or a glass of wine in the evenings. The hosts were really nice and friendly - we had a bottle of wine as a welcome gift which was really thoughtful and kind of them.

Amazing courtyard, serene and quaint. Incredibly friendly staff offering a bunch of tailored activities catered personally by them. Artsy cozy AC-ed appartment. You see the sea from your bed when you wake up (the sunrise too, if you’re so inclined). Incredible Spanish tapas/paellas spot 30 metres away. All good restaurants and bars are also less than 5 min walk

I couldn't think of a better place to stay. Very lovely host, clean and calm and spacious room with a balcony, perfect location (close to shops, restaurants etc and just a nice walk away from the beaches), a yard with a kitchen and flowers. Thank you, it was wonderful :)

Everything about this cute place was perfect. The host, the cleanliness, the amenities, the comfort of the bed, the location. I think the host did a fantastic job considering anything we could or might need during our stay and had provided it without a request. The host was a lovely lady who was ready to meet every one of our needs, even make a cup of coffee for us, what a lovely and sweet woman!

Super cute and clean family run hotel in Sinemorets. Everything was perfect from check-in to the rooms, we will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended.

The place was very quiet. Maybe the reason for that is that we visited it in the beginning of September. There was a pool in the front which is nice. And there is a free parking included. The apartment was equipped very well, but the lack of maintenance was visible.
