Good insulation and sound isolation -- we heard some other guests with kids in the building but not loud enough to bother us.

The entire building has been recently renovated and the apartment is in a excellent condition, warm and comfortable, I literally felt like at home. To top that there’s a pizza place on the ground floor of the building (also very recommended)- great for a dinner or an evening drink.
